Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro introduces a new license management system powered by user accounts. By simply logging into your Dreamtonics account within the editor, you can effortlessly access and download all voices licensed to you.
Prior to the March 21st launch of version 2 editor and voices, you can already register a Dreamtonics account and pre-order editor and voice upgrades. Your pre-ordered products will be available on launch day.
¶ Register a Dreamtonics Account
Users with an existing Dreamtonics Store account may log in using that same account. A new account registration is unnecessary.
Create your new account using a valid email address or choose to register with your existing Google, Facebook or X account.
Enter your e-mail direction, name and register a password to login after the account is created.
Please make sure to keep your password on a safe place since all your products will be linked to this account.
After register your e-mail direction and password, a verification link will be sent to your e-mail.
If you can't find your verification e-mail, please make sure to also check your spam folder or re-send it as indicated on the webpage.
For security purposes, the verification link we send to your email address is valid for 5 minutes. If the link expires, simply return to the registration webpage and request a new verification link to be sent to your inbox.
Even if the verification link has expired, clicking on it will redirect you to our login page.
Login using the email address and password you used during registration. This will automatically trigger a new verification email to be sent to your inbox, allowing you to complete the account verification process.
Once you receive the new verification email, click on the provided link. This will instantly verify your email address and grant you full access to your Dreamtonics account.
¶ Google, Facebook or X
Login into the respective service you choose. Your Dreamtonics account will then be automatically linked to the account you used for login.
¶ Product Lists
Once you've logged into your Dreamtonics account, navigate to the "My Products" section. Here, you'll find a list of the product licenses currently associated with your account.
Since this is a new account, the list will initially be empty.
To explore our full range of products, including editors, voicebanks and other software available for purchase or pre-order, visit the "All Products" section.
While full purchase options for version 2 of all Synthesizer V voices will become available on March 21st, 2025, you can already pre-order your desired voice upgrades.
¶ Add Products to Your Account
Products purchased or pre-ordered through the Dreamtonics Store will be automatically added to your Dreamtonics account. You can access a list of your products under the "My Products" section.
After purchasing Synthesizer V Studio Pro, voice databases, pre-ordering Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro or voice upgrades from one of our authorized resellers, you'll receive an activation code in your e-mail.
To add this product to your account, simply click on the [Add Product] button.
Enter your activation code and click on [Submit].
Once submitted, the new product will appear in your "My Products" list.
While you can add pre-ordered items like Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro and upgraded voices to your account, access to these products will only become available on March 21st, 2025 and later.
Please note that adding a product to your account is irreversible. If you have accidentally added the wrong product, please contact our support team for assistance.
¶ Pre-Order Voice Upgrades
Enhancements to all Dreamtonics voices and selected partner voices are available as Version 2 upgrades. Customers may pre-order these upgrades prior to the official March 21st, 2025 release date.
To upgrade your existing voice databases to version 2, please follow these instructions:
- Initiate Upgrades: Locate and click on the "Upgrade to Version 2" button corresponding to each voice database you want to upgrade.
- Confirm Selections: After selecting all desired upgrades, proceed by clicking on the "Purchase Selected Upgrades" button. This will generate a summary page listing your chosen products, categorized by vendor.
- Complete Vendor-Specific Purchases: Each voice database is associated with a specific vendor. To move on with your purchase, click on the "Purchase Upgrades from [Vendor]" button corresponding to the relevant vendor for each upgrade.
- Receive Activation Codes: Upon successful completion of the purchase through the vendor's website, you will receive an activation code for your version 2 upgrade via email.
Now activation codes work for new purchases and upgrades
Products pre-ordered through the Dreamtonics Store will be automatically added to your Dreamtonics Account.
Following the completion of your purchases and receipt of activation codes from each respective vendor, is necessary to register these new Version 2 upgrades into your account. You can do that by clicking one the "Add Product" button within the Dreamtonics Account page and entering your corresponding activation code for registration.
